Reeces Inspired Protein Smoothie Recipe

  1. In a blender, add Hey 30’s Protein Powder, Peanut Butter, Milk of choice and Ice to thicken - the more ice the thicker the consistency!
  2. Blend until desired consistency.
  3. Pour into your cup, top with Chocolate Topping and Crushed Peanuts and ENJOY!

Lava Cake Baked Protein Oats Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees - alternatively you can use an air-fryer.
  2. In a blender, add Hey 30’s Protein Powder, Oats, Milk of choice, Banana and Baking Powder. Blend until there are no clumps. If needed, add more Milk if the consistency is too thick however the thicker the fluffier!
  3. Place 3/4 of the mixture into a greased oven-safe ramekin. Place the Lindt Ball in the middle of the ramiken ontop of the mixture and then pour the remainder of the mixture over the top of the link ball ensuring it is completely covered.
  4. Cover the ramekin with foil - this will help with the cooking process. 
  5. Cook at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes in the oven or air-fryer.
  6. Top with fresh Fruit of choice and ENJOY!

Snickers Protein Balls Recipe

 
  1. In a bowl, add Hey 30’s Protein Powder, Oats, Peanut Butter, Honey OR Maple Syrup and as many Choc Chips as your heart desires.
  2. Mix well until no clumps. Getting the mixture to combine takes a little work and it may seem too thick at first, but it will come together as you keep mixing.
  3. Roll a heaped tablespoon worth of mixture into a ball.
  4. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer and ENJOY!
